He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Stephens and Mary Lee Britt Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Goodwyn Stephens; his daughter Amecia D. Stephens; his half-siblings, Clarence Bishop, John Bishop, Mozella Saleem, Betty Bishop and Joyce Davis; and his granddaughter Kayla Wint.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions: only 75 people are permitted to be in attendance.
