He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Cullen and Joanne M. Moran; and his brother Ronnie Cullen. He is survived by: his wife Faye Cullen (Humphries); his siblings, Gary Cullen and Sandy Auerbach (Cullen); and his children, Joseph, John, Kenneth, Michael, Jr., Victoria and Tammy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
