He is survived by: his wife Edna Viola Norfolk; his children, Johnny Denton (Brenda) of Mechanicsville, Ronnie Denton of Sunderland and Carol Phillips (Charles) of Chesapeake Beach; his daughter-in-law Terry Denton; his grandchildren, Michael Phillips, Susan Chaney, Jamie Cochran, Joshua Denton, John Denton, Albert Lyon and CJ Denton; and his siblings, Lester Denton and Iris Smith. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
