Rowe; his children, David Wayne of Thurmont, MD, Ewell Keith (Missy) of Thurmont, MD, Jessica of Frederick, MD, Shannon Wiley (JD) of Bumpass, VA and Scott Wiley of Fredericksburg, VA.; his grandchildren, Lisa, Cody Gilliam of Frederick, MD, Cory Gilliam of Frederick, MD, Mackenzie Wiley of Stafford, VA, Amanda Donaldson of Fredericksburg, VA, Amber Donaldson of Virginia Beach, VA, Ian, Brooke and Blake Donaldson of Bumpass, VA.; his sister Laura Jean McGinnis of Sheridan; his niece Kim Bowes of White Plains, MD.; and also Gabe Gilliam of Punxsutawney, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
