She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Prue and Thomas Prue; and her brother Melvin Washington. She is survived by: her sister Penny; and her nieces, Kathryn Ann Washington, Michelle Lynn Washington and Pamela Beth Washington. She is also survived by relatives; an amazing extended family; and many dear colleagues and friends.
