He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lesniowski and Evelyn Stout (Grubaugh). He is survived by: his stepfather Arlin Stout; his wife Carolyn; his children, Christopher (Krista), Michael (Melinda), Rebecca and Heather; his grandchildren, Hugh David, Myles, Pamela and Kelly; and his siblings, Hoy Lesniowski (Neddy), Alice Wilson (Robert) and Glen Stout (Kethia). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
If desired friends may make memorial contributions to the Keyser High School Football Program to benefit the current players as they attempt to live up to the legacy of John and his teammates.
