He is survived by: his wife Sandy Dulin of Sudlersville, MD; his siblings, Barbara Weller (Howard) of Millington, MD, Geraldine Councel (Alan) of Chestertown, MD, Tommy Dulin (Cheryl) of Chestertown, MD and Dawn Barrett (Brian) of Dover, DE; his pets, Ella Mae and Tucker; and his close friend Bobby Rhodes of Millington.
