He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pierce and Ruth Pierce; his wife Barbara; and his granddaughter Sarah Halbig. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Pierce and Kathleen Capps (Daniel); and his grandson Christopher Halbig.
