He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Pauline Joseph (Gulick); his siblings, William Joseph (Bill) and Martha Dinnen; and his spouse Shirley Hoskinson.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Tolbert (Dave), Rob Joseph (Val) and Mike Joseph; his grandchildren, Krista Kline (Jerry), Brandon Joseph, Cortney Wheeler (Brandon), David Tolbert (Emily), Cody Joseph, Casey Joseph (Jenna) and Jennifer Joseph; his great grandchildren, Emmy, Ryleigh, Brynn, Addy Kline, Lane, Connor Wheeler, Micah Joseph, Owen, Camden Tolbert and Julia Paige Joseph; his sisters-in-law, Janet Flora and Linda Joseph; his niece Karen Thomas (Bob); and his daughter-in-law Belinda York.
