It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Douglas Ward (Stevensville, Maryland), born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on January 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas and Gloria Phipps Ward; his wife Lynnette M. Rowlands Ward of Stevensville, MD; and his children, William Thomas Murray Ward (Melissa) of Erwin, TN, Ronnie Lee Bunch, Jr. of Stevensville, MD, Alexis McEvoy Orr (Nicholas Leeds) of Fayetteville, NC and Kaitlyn Kyger of Blacksburg, VA. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and one great grandson.
