With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Cleveland Ruth in Stevensville, Maryland, who passed away on June 23, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Ruth and Emily Ruth (Hagy); and his brother George R. Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Vrablic) of Stevensville; his children, Tonya Stroup (Charlie Stroup), Richard Ruth (Michelle Ruth) and Leah Gossett (Robert Sipes); and his grandchildren, Ashley Stroup, Anthony Stroup, Richard Ruth Jr. (RJ) and Robert Ruth.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Compass Regional Hospice: 160 Coursevall Dr. Centreville, MD 21617.
