He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Elaine Rives (Merrell); his wife Arlene (Arni); his son Christopher; his grandchild Ryder; his brother Steven Merrell (Judith); his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Ritter, Paul Merrell, Betsy Park and Joseph Garbarino (Dayna); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aireal and Logan.
