It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Mullican James of Stevensville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kirby and Minnie Kirby; her husband Francis James; and her brother Thomas Lee Kirby, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Jo Ann Mullican; and her pets, Molly and Callie.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 278 or to Living Water Lutheran Church.
