He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Diane Lucas; his stepfather Hayden Midkiff; and his brother John Hulme Jr.. He is survived by: his father John Bryant Hulme; his stepmother Donna; his fiancée Kimberly Wingo; his sisters, Cheryl Hulme and Melinda Gasper (Dave); his uncles, Everett (Mike), Paul and Nelson (Dorthy); his aunt Mary (Mike); and his stepchildren, Ashley (Jordan), William (Lauren) and Nicholas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and has a grandson.
