It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Brown of Stevensville, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Belle Arnold of Davisville, WV and Otis Amos Brown of Stevensville, MD; his daughter Jessica White; and his siblings, Otis "Buddy" Brown, Michael Brown and Susie Sprague.

He is survived by: his wife Melanie Brown; his children, Deena Hynson, Kathy Jo Knierim, Jaqui Niezek and Joey Brown; his grandchildren, Quentin, Aubrey, Connor, Katie-Ann, Brady, Liam, Mason, Shelby and Rose; and his siblings, Danny Brown and Penny Russell.
