She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blake and Sarah "Marguerite" Blake (Russell); and her husband Mike Rice. She is survived by: her children, Michael Rice (Natalie) of Stevensville, MD and Jenefer Russum (JR) of Crumpton, MD; her grandchildren, Abby Marguerite Russum of Crumpton, MD, Wyatt Russum of Crumpton, MD and Connor Rice of Stevensville, MD; her sister Mary Lou Burkhart; her nephews, Damon Burkhart (Amy) and Eric Burkhart (Becky); her niece Suzanne Burkhart (Bill); her great-niece Chandler Arteaga (Carlos); and also Lucas Arteaga.
