It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Mitchell (Stevensville, Maryland), born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dulaney and Mary Dulaney; and her husband Charles Mitchell. She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Dulaney of Annapolis, Mike Dulaney of Severna Park, MD, Cecelia Tyler of Crownsville, MD, Juanita Treffer of Pawleys Island, SC and Mary Jane Meredith of Odenton, MD; and her granddaughters, Megan and Peyton Mitchell.
