He was predeceased by: his father Harry Nichols; and his siblings, Donnie Nichols and Barbara Nichols Klein. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Daywalt Nichols; his son Denny Nichols, Jr.; and his brothers, Jimmy, Dale and Steve Nichols. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, 1815 Bay Ridge Ave., Annapolis, MD 21403 or the charity of one's choice.
