Rachel Waters Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Waters of Sparrows Point, Maryland, who passed away on December 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Crawford and Cleo Crawford; her husband Eugene "Bucky" Waters (Johns Hopkins University); her children, Barbara Vash of Los Angeles, David Waters of Tequesta, Marsha Ficken of Fairfax Virginia, Mark Waters of Atlanta and Georgia; her grandchildren, Courtney Ficken, Amy Jackson, Steven Vash, Kyle Waters, Alex Waters and Michael Waters; and her great grandchildren, Ozzie, Eddie Waters, Kinley, Easton and Harper Jackson.
