It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Foulke of Sparrows Point, Maryland, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Williams and Mildred; and her sister Elizabeth Holthaus. She is survived by: her husband Wayne B. Foulke Sr.; her children, Wayne Jr. (Tanya McNew), Nicole Pennington (Bryan) and Joshua (Kate); her grandchildren, Gabrielle (Dennis), Katelyn (Matt), Jordan, William, Makenzie, Logan, Mason, Beatrix and Abraham; and her siblings, Roberta Wheeler and James Williams.
