He is survived by: his children, Kate Gardner (Todd), Meg Hall (TJ), Jerry Taylor and Andy Taylor; his grandchildren, Reed, Brett, Jill and Ryan; his sisters, Fran Taylor and Dolores McGee; and his close friend Kathy Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking all donations be given to the ocean city reef foundation.
