She is survived by: her husband Alvin Cook Jr.; her stepsons, Shawn and Ryan Cook; her parent Anna Hopka (William Hopka); her siblings, Veronica Carpenter, Brenda Hopka, Bill Hopka, Raymond Hopka and Johnny Hopka; and her grandchildren, Clark and Terra Cook.
