It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Charlotte Irvin (Solomons, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 11, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duvall and Mary Ann Duvall (Barringer); her husband Carroll W. Irvin; and her brother James S. Duvall.
