It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Belle Smith in Solomons, Maryland, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Russell H. Smith; her parents, Albert H. Moore and Melintha J. Moore (Brown); and her siblings, Albert H. Moore Jr., Doris E. Watson and Shirley M. Weaver.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Cook (Tim). She is also survived by animals, especially dogs.
