He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Fitzpatrick and Isabelle M. Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Karn; and his siblings, Michael, Peg Prentice and Patty Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews.
