Bliss of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Robin Bliss Josefowicz of Urbana, MD and Glenn H. Bliss of Huntingtown, MD; and his brothers, James O. Bliss of Lusby, MD and John T. Bliss. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
