We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carmel Lee Balderson of Solomons, Maryland, born in Butler, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Balderson; and her parents, George Monks and Genevieve Monks. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Balderson (Penny), Keith Balderson (Vicky) and Jeff Balderson (Robin); her grandchildren, Zoe Balderson, Daniel Balderson, Greg Balderson, Erin Albrecht, Nolan Balderson, Bailey Balderson and Riley Balderson; and her siblings, Adam Monks (Marianne) and Jeannie Knotick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home–lusby (20 American Ln, Lusby, MD 20657). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (90 Alexander La, Solomons, MD 20688).
