He was predeceased by: his son Bradley Aaron Quillen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Quillen; his sons, Whitely Charles Quillen IV (Allison) and Andrew Michael Quillen (Hannah); his grandchildren, Jaylin, Aaron, Hunter, Weston, Holden and Virginia; his sister Sheryl Bennett (Ray); and his father Whitely Charles Quillen Jr. (Joyce). He is also survived by many other family members and friends that he considered his family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chuck's memory to Snow Hill Little League and the Snow Hill High School Athletic Boosters.
