He was predeceased by: his parent Theodore Milbourne; and his siblings, Goldsboro, Theodore Jr, Wilbert Sr, Charlie, Ella, Julia, Frances, Esther and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his parent Priscilla Waters; his nephew Benjamin Ayres Jr; his niece Elsie Milbourne; and his friend Cecil Simms. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
