He is survived by: his wife Ellen Katherine Fisher "Kathy"; his son Robert Thomas Fisher (Michelle Townsend) of Berlin, MD.; his sister Patricia Ann Parker of Salisbury, MD; and his granddaughters, Cassidy Katherine Fisher (Gina), Ashlea Elizabeth Fisher and Madyson Townsend.
