He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cusato and Mary Jane Cusato (Aquilino); his daughter Nina Hodges; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas (Talin) and Angela Cusato; his brothers, Michael, John and Jerry; and his uncle John Cusato. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
