It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Phillips (Snow Hill, Maryland), who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Ray A. Johnson; and her siblings, Robert Zueger, Charles Heiser, Lloyd Martin Heiser, Florence Clarke and Ruth Watson.
She is survived by: her parents, Lester Elmer and Mary Louise Zueger Heiser; her husband Edward Phillips of Pocomoke; her daughter JoAnn Pantalone (Steve) of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Kirsten Taylor (Justin) of Seaford, Sarah Waggoner and Matthew Waggoner of Salisbury; her siblings, William Heiser (Joyce), Kenny Heiser (Donna) of Snow Hill, Dorothy Brittingham (Dale) of Sign Post, Emily Bradford of Wallops Island and Becky Gibbons (Doug) of Snow Hill; her stepchildren, Eddie, Richard, Beth, Aileen and Dorothy Phillips; and her nephews, Christopher Heiser and Craig Heiser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
