It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Garfield (Snow Hill, Maryland), born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 6, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Yvonne Lavimodiere and John Gianikos; his wife Dorothy Garfield of Berlin; his brothers, Jim Garfield and Peter Garfield of Wolcott, CT; his children, John Garfield and Christine Sherman of Georgetown, DE; and his grandsons, Dan Garfield, Pat Garfield of Peabody, MA, Thomas Garfield, Brad Sherman of Silver Spring, MD and Scott Sherman of Downington, PA..
