It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isaac Levin Dale of Snow Hill, Maryland, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Handy Shockley and Gertrude Mae Dale; and his sister Joyce Ayres. He is survived by: his son Anthony O'Brien Dale; his wife Ellen Nancy Dale (Marshall); and his siblings, Riley Dale (Maggie), Dorothy, Christine Dale of Snow Hill, Maryland., Richard Dale of New Brunswick, Patsy Dale, Melvin Foreman (Teresa) of Salisbury, Maryland. and Curtis Foreman of Berlin, Maryland.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
