He was predeceased by: his parents, May Augusta McWilliams and Joseph Clark McWilliams; his son Myron Keith McWilliams; and his brothers, Myron and Marvel McWilliams.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann McWilliams (Macpherson); his son Mark Owen McWilliams (Pattie); his daughter-in-law Becky McWilliams; his grandchildren, Stephanie McWilliams, David McWilliams, Charles McWilliams (Laura) and Brendan McWilliams (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Lily, Violet, Caleb, Maximus, Elijah, Carly and Eoin.
