He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blazes and Elizabeth Blazes; his wife Jeanette Blazes; and his brother Jackie Blazes. He is survived by: his children, William Blazes, Jr. of Smithsburg and Susan Fowler (Jon Fowler) of Chewsville; his grandchildren, Keith, Alex and Kristen; his great grandchildren, Mckenzie, Madison Rose and Seth; his son James Blazes (Jennifer Blazes) of Hagerstown; and his grandchildren, Anna, Jill and Christian.
