He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Arthur "Bob" Toms and Esther Virginia Toms (Tracey). He is survived by: his brother Charles E. Toms (Louann) of Foxville; his nephew Joseph Toms (Marie Weaver); his niece Cheri Cartagena; his great-nephews, Nicholas (Melissa), Ethan, Evan and Landon; and his great-niece Olivia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
