He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Rebecca (Rowe) and Sylvester Josephus Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Sylvester Jay Palmer, Jr. and Sharon Munson (Lynn). He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren, and many cousins.
