She was predeceased by : her parents, Ward 'Buck Toms and Orpha Rae Buhrman Toms; her husband Richard 'Dick West; her son Dwan West; and her siblings, Jean Kapscos, Paulene Hahn, Gwendolyn 'Flicker Ridenour, Ruby Braithwaite and Richard Toms.

She is survived by : her children, Richard 'Bill West (Susan) of Hagerstown, MD and Shawn Harrison (Rick); her granddaughter Ondraea Coker; her great grandchildren, Baylee and Jacy; her grandson Jeremiah Harrison (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Margaret and Levi.
