She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Hays; her parents, Mae Stonesifer (Sis) and Marvin Smith; and her siblings, Jenny Domer and Jay Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Sondra Serino; her nieces and nephews, Sharla Detrow (Kenny), Kalthy Holton, Jason Holton, Darin Meadows (Julie) and Michael Meadows (Gail Synder); her stepchildren, Donald E. Hays, Jr. (Sandy) and Donna S. Strayer (Ronnie); and also, David, RuAnne, Sarah, Ellen and Dominic Salvatore. She is also survived by her family, friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, we request donations be made to Washington County Humane Society and Valley Little League in Chewsville, MD.
