He is survived by: his mother Hilda Marie Clopper (Robertson) of Williamsport, MD; his siblings, Bobbie Clopper (Jan) of Smithsburg, Jeff Clopper (Teresa McDowell) of Boonsboro, Mike Clopper (Shannan) of Big Pool, Debbie Repp (Jody) of Williamsport and Tom Clopper (Lori) of Greencastle; his nieces and nephews, Ben, Carrie, Amanda, Zack, Craig, Morgan, Ethan Clopper, Christine Repp, Brandon and Jordan Blair; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madyson, Remie, Rylee, Grace, Krissa, Keith and Paige (Sheila Updegraff). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
