It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Elmer Kline Jr. of Smithsburg, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Elmer Kline and Lillian Charleen Barnhart; his aunts, Claudia and Clara; and his close friend Charlie Henson.
