He was predeceased by: his father Richard Arthur Pentz, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Fotta (Albert); his wife Jodi Renee Pentz; his children, Brian David Pentz (Kelly McDaniel) and Jennifer Renee Oberholzer (Steve); his grandchildren, Cassie, Andruw, Cody, Aiden, Emily, Hailey, Courtney and Timmy; and his brother Gary Carter.
