He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Thompson and Jennie Thompson; and his siblings, Corrie Boulay and John Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ross Thompson; his daughters, Molly Brown (Bernard), Angela Cantilena, Debbie Tompkins and Sharon Tillotson; his grandchildren, Eva, Addison, Isaiah, Hannah, Anthony, David, Zachary, Joe, Laura, Mary, Chelsea and Joshua; and his sisters, Margaret Leishear, Ruth Beltz, Jenny Gait and Joanne Geoghan. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
