She was predeceased by : her parents, Ludger Bornhorn and Mary Bornhorn; her husband James Slater; and her sister Madeline Evans. She is survived by : her children, Cindy Cacciola (Louis), Linda Slater (Eric Williams), Doug Slater (Sasha) and Kelly Slater; her grandchildren, Jaime, Chris, Kirsten Cacciola (Santana Daugherty) and Danil Slater; and her great grandchild Logan Lollar.
