Nancy Startzman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Startzman of Smithsburg, Maryland, who passed away on July 20, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Startzman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Parker Cline and Eula Belle Cline (Clopper); and her siblings, Alma Creek and Howard Cline. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Startzman; her daughter Debra Faye Hobbs; and her grandchildren, Nichole Mozingo (Jason), Melissa Hobbs, Russell Hobbs and Heather Hobbs. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
