She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Leon Wolf and Nellie Lenora Wolf (Wolfe); her son Michael Lewis; and her siblings, Kenneth Wolf, Nevin Wolfe, Robert Wolfe, Audrey Ingram, Bernice Sease, Ruth Ingram and Evelyn Hessong.
She is survived by: her husband W. Melvin Lewis; her daughters, Susan Kaika (Walter), Tammy Jesse (Donald) and Amy Sachs (Samuel Sandeen); her grandchildren, Valerie Kerr, Lindsey Kaika, Ashlee Long, Jesse Stottlemyer and Molly Sachs; and her siblings, John Wolfe and Jane Grossnickle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
