She was predeceased by: her parent Enoch Washington Newlin; her husband Phillip Russell Forrest; and her siblings, Nancy Cox, Robert Newlin and William D. Newlin.
She is survived by: her parent Marie Delphia Newlin (Clem); her siblings, Enoch L. Newlin of Waynesboro, PA, Olivia V. Shank of Clear Spring, MD, Victor L. Newlin of Hagerstown, MD and Donald W. Newlin of Falling Waters, WV; and her sister-in-law Patricia Forrest Cox. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
