With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julianne Harp of Smithsburg, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on April 24, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles David Fishack, Jr. and Louisa H. Fishack; and her brother C. Edwards Fishack. She is survived by: her husband C. David Harp; her children, Kristen Lourinia (Jeff) and Stephen Harp (Yvonne); her grandchildren, Mason Harp, Julia Lourinia and Bryce Harp; and her sister-in-law Barbara Fishack.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is offering qualified families up to $9, 000 for funeral expenses incurred due to the death of a loved one from COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused immense grief for so many people.
