He was predeceased by : his wife Evelyn Wolfe; his son James; and his grandson Aaron. He is survived by : his children, Carolyn, Thomas (Lisa) and Billy (Patsy).

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jl Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park (17636 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
